• Use IllumyFi or its content for commercial purposes.

4. Use Restrictions

By using IllumyFi, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.
• Use the service for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the platform source code.
• Harass, defame, threaten, or harm other users.
• Publish or transmit spam, malware, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or any unlawful market conduct.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the platform without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on IllumyFi — including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software — is owned by Fire Investment S.r.l. or licensed to it, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited and may be enforced in competent courts.

7. Third-Party Content and Services

IllumyFi integrates with third-party financial data providers. Regarding such content:

• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party financial data.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions attributable to third-party providers.
• Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions, which you should review.

8. User Account and Security

You are responsible for:

9. Limitation of Liability

• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from use or inability to use the service.
• Our aggregate total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fire Investment S.r.l., its directors, employees, and collaborators from any claim, damage, loss, expense, or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your unlawful use of the service.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:
